1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of VCNT is subject exclusively to these Terms of Service. You will not use the application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use VCNT for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the application
• Using the application for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights of content creators
• Using the application only for lawful purposes
• Maintaining the security of your device and network

4. Content and Intellectual Property

VCNT receives and displays content broadcasted via Two-Way Broadcaster. The application does not create, modify, or store the content. All intellectual property rights in the broadcasted content remain with the original content creators and broadcasters.

5. Privacy Policy

VCNT respects your privacy. The application:

• Operates primarily offline and does not require internet connectivity
• May request permissions for storage, camera, and microphone for recording features
• Does not collect or transmit personal data without your explicit consent
• Stores screenshots and recordings locally on your device

6. Data Collection

VCNT may collect minimal technical information necessary for app functionality, such as network status and device capabilities. No personal information is collected or shared without your explicit permission.

7. Permissions

The application requires the following permissions:

• Storage: To save screenshots and recordings
• Camera: For screen recording functionality
• Microphone: For audio recording during screen capture
• Network: To receive broadcast signals

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VCNT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VCNT or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

You may not use VCNT:

• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights
• To transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• To interfere with or disrupt network operations
